Dometri was very professional, friendly, and had as much trouble with A I as I did. Sears needs to put people back to work on customer service.

Repairman was great, the only thing I didnt like was having to wait so long for an appt. Then once they came out and ordered a part it still took another week to get someone back out even though part was there the next day!

Tech was good but having to deal AI is not a enjoyable experience I could not talk to a person they had information mixed up with someone else I hope I don’t have to deal with the again I got over 20 emails for no reason
