Both technicians that came out were very nice, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I did not like the AI as kept rescheduling me. It would be nice to talk to a live representative when there are scheduling issues.

Eli was friendly and professional and originally thought he could not complete the job without a helper to lift the stackable, but he perservered and was able to complete the job by himself. I was very grateful as the washing machine had not been draining properly and was stuck in the lock position for a few weeks and I had taken time off work. It ended up being pet hair in the pump again. Thank you again Eli!! Definitelt recommend Eli!!
