Technician today on 3/25/26 was fast and efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate service received today. However GE mailed me a defective filter that doesn't work. This Tech spotted problem right away. Ms Pottinger Rex GA

he attempted to fix my treadmill belt but he could not adjust it and he did not have a replacement. BUT he did the best with what he had to work with.

Alex C the sears technician was absolutely fantastic!! Found the problem within minutes, great attitude and character. Explained everything he was doing and what i needed to do with future appliance upkeep. Told me about sears prevention plans and how they help save for future problems. @ Sears management, Great person to have on the team I'm impressed and will send anyone in need for your services. Also your AI chat box needs updating, it gives limited access on things asked.

Service calls are scheduled way to far out. It is very difficult to reach someone to schedule a service call. There are not enough options to give AI a full explanation on why you are calling. The compressor went out on my refrigerator. Parts were order and delivered to me within three days. It took almost three weeks to get a service text out to do the repairs needed. In the meantime I had to spent money on purchasing ice for three coolers this resulted in me losing most of the food in my refrigerator and freezer compartment. The technician that came out was very courteous and seem to know what he was doing.
