We were satisfied with the service, which was the replacing of a microwave light bulb. We were unable to remove the bulb, because there was glue on the receptacle, which doubtless came from the manufacturer. Therefore, I am dissatisfied with the $249.00 cost of the replacement. Even though we did not have a warranty contract, this was the fault of the manufacturer. Therefore, I feel we should get a credit for the $249.00. If not, it will convince us to stop using Kenmore services. Even though every appliance in our kitchen is Kenmore.

It was for maintenance only and the gentleman did everything just fine as far as we can tell. Very courteous, and did all that he was here to do.
