After 9 days without air conditioning on our top floor where everyone sleeps, more than a dozen calls to various departments and many transfers, I was finally able to get a competent technician out to the house. Calvin listened patiently to my frustrated description of my situation, diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly, made a few phone calls to get the parts by the next day, and came back first thing the next morning to get us up and running again. Many thanks and 5 stars to Calvin, but the rest of the service department in general gets zero stars.

The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his job. He explained in details about what was going on with my washer. The service was excellent and I will refer them to family and friends. I will use sears again.
