Arrived during scheduled time, called before arrived, very polite, and found problem quickly. Made repair, and cleaned dryer upon request. Very pleased with service, and would recommend Sears repair.

The repairmen was courteous and explained what had caused my stove to stop working. Told me what the part cost and what the total would be with labor before doing any repairs. I highly recommend sears appliance repair
