Repair man came made a diagnosis, ordered part and did reschedule me for one week later. Part did arrive on the scheduled day, but my appointment was canceled. I had to reschedule, for four days later. Repair was made, repairman left and washer did not work! Called immediately and have had to reschedule again three days from now! Was told in “chat” to try resetting washer. Wouldn’t you think repairman would have done that? Did do the reset myself and it did not work. Was told repairman would call me today but am still waiting on that call. 13 days now with a broken washer!

Parts to fix my treadmill were not available. Cost should have been $89.00 for the service call but so far my credit card has been charged $109.00 TWICE. Not a great way to build customer support.

Treadmill repair was the request. The repairman did the bare minimum, no servicing of the treadmill. He simply turned the key and let the treadmill run and charged me $109.00! I identified the issue, so there was not diagnostic service involved. The belt had slipped to one side. The repairman did not check anything. No lubrication of the mechanical portions of the treadmill as the other repairman had done. Did not know what kind of glue need to apply to palm monitor. Called a colleague , then he didn't have the glue. Honestly, he was a joke!

Terrible customer service. The tech called me and was rude and told me he wasn’t able to come out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

This company came out several times and still didn’t fix my stove. They have cancelled all my follow up appointments. So far it’s been about 8 canceled in a row. There’s no way to reach them by phone r only through AI. I’m mad as hell and the stove still not fixed.

I had a technician come out and attempted to fix my washing machine, however, the problem was not resolved. After reaching out several times, I finally heard from the technician and was told to schedule a new appointment which I did. I was told a technician would be here between one and five and nobody showed up or called. I had to wait on hold 20 minutes before speaking to an actual human and was told there was a “technical error“ And was made to take another day off work to try and have this resolved. I will not be using this service again in the future. Update: second technician came out.. unequipped… not a tool, not a piece of electrical tape. Began to burn.. yes BURN THE THIN WIRES OF MY WASHING MACHINE… because he didn’t have the proper tools to remove the coating. He did nothing more after a family member intervened and proceeded to use his tools to fix the issue. I will be calling for a full refund.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Sears Appliance Repair. The entire process was riddled with chronic inefficiencies and a complete lack of genuine customer support. Their reliance on AI tools, rather than providing access to actual human representatives for voice or chat support, was nothing short of a nightmare. It took two full months and five separate visits to replace a simple defrost part – which is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I reached out to a supervisor for help, instead of taking responsibility or addressing the failures in their system, they shifted the blame onto my home service agreement (HSA). This added to my frustration and demonstrated a total lack of accountability on their part. The one bright spot in this entire ordeal was the technician who finally resolved my issue, Shaquon. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and efficient – a top-tier technician. However, it’s disappointing that such quality service was overshadowed by the company's inability to streamline its processes or provide a reliable product. I hoped for better from a company as established as Sears, but this experience has left me seriously questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. Proceed with caution if you decide to use their services.

the tech never came to my home. he was here when I came home. he went down the street, turned around. looked at me and pulled off. 30 min. later, he closed out the ticket.

I have the Home Choice Warranty program in which a monthly payment is required. I called for A/C repairs and l’m not seeing it listed on the below schedule as a repair option. I asked my brother to let the repair guy in because l was at work. This was the absolute worst experience ever from Jermaine G. I have ever experienced. The incorrect information was given on the wrong a/c unit. I was under the assumption that with this home warranty service if you have a problem with your house appliances, if they can’t repair it, they replace it. The technician argued with my brother about servicing the a/c and left.

Did not fix problem, said if it did not stay on . , needs compressor Left after a short wait. System stopped and did not rebuke. Tried to call him. Voice mail Could not call him back so he could generate order for new one. Had to call Insurance again
