Germaine the technician was rude and aggressive from the time he came to the door. He refused to do his job effectively and was demanding to go other places in my house that he didn’t need to. I told him to leave and I will call someone else. He hesitated as if he wasn’t going to leave until he heard someone on my phone. He then went and sat in my driveway for 15 minutes.

They have done a terrible job with repairing my fridge, they have been out 4 times and my fridge still isn’t fixed in over a month. The first guy comes out and said the compressor is bad, so he ordered parts, they came in and he installed, still didn’t work, another tech came out and said he wasn’t gonna touch another’s technicians work, so he left. Another tech came, couldn’t do anything because he didn’t have the proper tools. I have another appointment next week and I can wait to see what happens. I would give 0 stars if I could. Well the next appointment they did give me a window of arrival and I waited all day. I received a text around 3pm saying my appointment was cancelled

I am still having problems with this dryer. I am so upset. The technician has done everything. I tried calling the number and could not get a person. I had another disappointment today. I have an appointment for 8-12 and it is 3:15 and no one has showed up. I took off work for this appointment. I need someone to call me. This is awful!!

Thurs time I’ve had an appointment with a no show tech. God awful customer service, thankfully I was able to talk to a tech who was helpful but still couldn’t confirm that I would be serviced.
