No one showed up for the scheduled appointment. My appointment was between 1-5 and no one showed. I rate a 0 on a no show. I have waited at home all day !!! Not happy!

Made an appointment days ahead for the time frame between 1pm and 5pm and then a technician shows up at 10am while we weren't home. We called before noon the same day to have them still come to our house but they rescheduled the appointment for two days later. Two days later our appointment time frame was again between 1pm and 5pm and at 7:30am I received a text saying my technician was on the way. At 8:36am while looking at my phone I received a text saying my appointment was canceled and then someone tried to call my phone and immediately hung up and wouldn't answer when I called them right back. I called the company and they said my appointment had indeed been canceled and I asked why since I wasn't the one who canceled and all they offered was to reschedule an appointment for a third time. Ya no thanks....I should have read the other reviews earlier 😒

Called Sears to repair a washer. We have called and told them that the two parts have arrived. It has now been almost two months and the washer isn't fixed yet. The operator told me that they needed the parts numbers before they can send someone out but when I called and spoke to another person, she said that the system showed that both parts had arrived. Why is it that the foreigner at night can't see that in his system? They have been paid for the service but the service has yet to be done. Don't use SEARS!!!!!

Service tech failed to come on schedule date July 17 appointment was rescheduled by customer service and failed to come on the 18th day. I reached out to customer service. They was only able to provide an excuse for not showing up not meeting their contract obligations. Customer service has been outsourced to far away countries language barrier is sloppy. They failed to pronunciation my name correctly multiple times management on staff has no knowledge on how to perform job duties.. Sears as a business has lost touch with this ability to honor contractual agreement I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Do not sign a contract with Sears.

The Tech did not or has not put notes into the system stating that the motor in my Kenmore Elite front loader washer needs to be replaced. The washer was purchased in 2012 and the sticker with identifying information has come off. I obtained model and serial numbers from the warranty information on file with Sears Master Protection Dept. I need my washer repaired or replaced. My warranty is good through May 2025. Can someone help me 😫 ?

I received 7 text alerts from Sears Home Services from May 27 to the day of the proposed service date of June 4 concerning my inoperable AC. The service technician was scheduled to arrive between 1pm-5pm. At approximately 4:45pm, I clicked the web link and the time was changed to 6:53pm ETA. Then closer to the ETA, I clicked the web link again and it changed to June 12. I never received a call or text/email from the service technician in regards to being late or changing the date. UNPROFESSIONAL! INCONSIDERATE! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! As the heat in my home continues to rise, I was forced to alter living arrangements.

Sears is the absolute worst repair service. Technicians have been to my home 6 yes 6 times since Feb 28. (I write this review May 21) To repair my refrigerator. Each time another part was replaced.because after a day or 2 the unit stopped working. The last tech visit was April 23. When an order for another part was made After waiting a week for the part to arrive, I contacted Sears customer service and was told UPS is delivering the part. Waited a few more days then called again The response from Sears is that the part is on its way. After continuously checking in with Sears today, 4 weeks later Sears customer service finally acknowledged that the part has been missing and ordered a new pert today! They didn’t even consider sending the part overnight and scheduling a service appt. I was told I will have to wait u til the part is delivered, then I could schedule a service appt. I had to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of food And without a working refrigerator for THREE MONTHS!,,,, I have a warranty. It is clear that they can’t repair my unit and are responsible to submit a report stating so. And my warranty requires that my refrigerator be replaced. Yet Sears refuses to Satisfy its obligation. Did I mention that I have not been able to speak to a supervisor ever??? I have never experienced such incompetence with a business Sears sucks!!!!!!!!! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Service window was 1 -5pm ET. Received call(assume) prior to window around 12:35pm, while on another call, and did not leave vm. Doorbell rang just before 3pm, technician did not wait for response, as my office on 3rd floor. Got there and no one at door. Called service center. Told me technician moved on and they texted technician to return. No return in 45 min., call back to reschedule.no acknowledgement. I pay $1k per year for this service and am seriously disappointed about the last 2 service calls. I will be canceling this service in the effective date. Update: After the above situation, Sears /Cinch reassigned a new technician and on Friday the situation was remedied. Brilliantly! I might add. I was shocked that this feedback was public. I have executed many company /system integrations over my career, and while the customer service /system has improved, the singular aspect to provide consumers is the contact # of the provider when the warranty is assigned. Communication is critical. Fixing how we communicate w/the technician is will improve customer service.

Not very helpful the freezer was not cooling well even after . He just said he has no knowledge he’s just here to change the parts .
