Purchased Kenmore Elite refrigerator two-and-one-half years ago. Quit working one week prior to warranty expiration date. Waited two weeks for repair to be completed. Repairman recommended getting extended warranty based upon unreliability of high-end appliances. Failed again on 3 July 2017. Has limited cooling capability. Awaiting third repair call as of 28 July 2017. Service is intolerably slow and incompetent. Will NOT purchase another Sears home appliance! Repair was finally completed a month after problem was diagnosed.

If I could give zero stars I would. It's been almost 2 months and my fridge still isn't fixed. Anytime we call to get someone out to fix it we are told the wait will be a 7 to 10 days, after telling them that we had someone out the day before and they haven't fixed it properly. We've had the same part replaced twice now because they don't take the time to investigate the issue. Customer Service reps are useless and beyond rude. If you try to reach out on social media, you'll be told your issue will be reported to their escalation department where someone will call you in 24-48 hrs., but most of the time they call in 72 hrs or not at all. All of this is unacceptable. If we didn't have a warranty through them I would be calling a real repair company.

The service is terrible. The technician broke the water filter housing on my refrigerator and that's not even what he came for! He came for the freezer and the knocking. 12 service calls since the purchase on 11/2015. This is unacceptable! There is supposed to be another appointment scheduled for 12/14/17 and I don't have a confirmation email. This is ridiculous

Technician was courteous and knowledgeable unfortunately he damaged a coil and the refrigerator lost all the Freon gas. He came back six days later ordered parts. In two weeks from now he will come back to install parts. We are without a refrigerator because of his mistake for three weeks.

Since June Sears repair has provided poor customer and technical service. I contacted many agents but it ispo their policy to provide poor customer service.

Sears charged us $350 to fix a leak with our Whirlpool refrigerator. Didn't fix the leak. Was leaking again within 30 minutes. Talked with Sears supervisor, the soonest they can send another technician is six days later. We mopped up wet spots on the floor for six days. Technician returned six days later and fixed leak. We asked but never got an invoice (or warranty) for the repairs.

The issue that was set to be resolved by the repair has arisen again after its second use. The repairman used the two parts mailed to my home in the repair. I suspect that other parts were needed and were unavailable. The garden tractor stopped working and had to be pushed back into the shed.
