So far, it has been very difficult to get the company to return my calls, and it is even worse to try and get in touch with Sears.

Did not repair Refrigerator or dishwasher. will not provide the services that are outlined in the warranty. sears is still taking monthly payment from my account and my appliances have Not Been Repaired.

Received 6 arrival times. Person who came did not work for Sears but was an A&E appliance employee. Claimed he didn't know about trip waiver if work done and he didn't want to give me a written estimate based on evaluation and prices are ridiculous!! They give a 30 day guarantee on a $354.00 repair!! !! I tried calling and asked the tech in to call someone and he said there wasn't anyone available to talk to me. Don't waste your time calling them if you want the Sears of old!! Sadly, they don't exist anymore!!! Buying a new dryer instead!!

The labor was extremely expensive!!! There is no itemization of labor. What is the labor rate? How can $61 part cost $350 in labor? If I had known I would ordered the part and followed a 10 minute Youtube DIY video.

The gentleman that came to repair the washer was wonderful. However, Sears appliance repair was so impossible to contact. All you get is a recording, they tell you they are going to text you with details, which they never do. There is no email or texts confirming your appointment. The only upside the recording does tell you the window, which sometime in very inaccurate. Once a technician arrived 2 hours before the scheduled time that I was told and he reported that no one was home!!! My front door was open, my dogs would have barked like crazy NO ONE showed up that day. Consequently I waited a month and a half to get washer repaired.!!

Specific problems experienced: Service technician welded two attachments onto the replacement compressor tank (supplied under the Kemore 10-year warranty). Welded parts protrude outside the exterior/interior design dimensions of refrigerator by approximately two inches. (See photo attached) (1) Repair was incomplete; (2) Sear technician failed to inform me, in advance, how he would modify replacement parts and key components of my refrigerator to the extent that the lower compartment safety door, located on the back of the refrigerator, could no longer be attached to my unit; (3) Repairs are not only blotchy they pose a safety hazard; and (4) Repairs have devalued the market value of my 2017 unit, making it impossible to resale. The Sears authorized service technician blew off my questions as to why the replacement parts did not fit back properly inside the unit, as before. He assured me that the replacement parts, were ordered correctly and stated that most refrigerator replacement parts Sears receive come bigger than the originals.

It wasn't the business. The service was terrible. Repair men stayed on the phone the whole time getting instructions on what to do & how to do it. My complaint was, when washing delicates the spin cycle was spinning so hard, my clothes was so wrinkled. When I first bought the machine the delicate cycle worked perfect my clothes looked nice the cycle spin was low but not any more. After being here for awhile, the repair men said, my problem was not filling the machine enough. I don't know about any body else who has delicates but I don't have enough delicates to fill my washer. He told me to get alot of clothes to wash so he could show me how full it should be, I told him I don't have that many delicates. He said do your best. He made me start the load, then he left never stayed to see if that was the correct diagnosis. Well it wasn't & $97 later. Totally disappointed with Sears Repair.
