The only positive is that the technician Anthony was great. AI was more confusing than helpful.Too many texts & email which were repetitive.

Eli from sears repair arrived on time, ver friendly, customer service oriented, and thorough. Eli explained the process of what happened to my dryer; he fixed the belt and pulley lever on my dryer. Job took less than an hour and he cleaned both dryer and surrounding area’s impeccably. 5 star service!
