Eric was great at repairing my ac! However, the length of time it took Sears to schedule someone to come out was ridiculous! 2 weeks! In the two weeks time that it took, I now have a major leak my ceiling that I will have to hire someone to repair. If the turnaround time had not been so long, I would not be incurring additional expenses! I would appreciate being compensated for this added expense!

Jermaine was very kind, professional and efficient He looked over my HVAC system discovered what was wrong, fixed the problem. He was able to explain the issue to me. He made sure that my system was cooling before he left.
