Alex did a great job! His initial visit resulted in a part that needed to be ordered. It should have been delivered to my home prior to his next arrival. However, the part was never ordered! He then took the initiative to find the part locally, pick it up, and complete the repair. That's the true definition of customer service! Thanks Alex!!!
