Kern the Tech came to perform annual maintenance on my washer and dryer. He was courteous and friendly taking the time to show me things that I can do myself to help perform regular maintenance. I really appreciated him doing that. He of course performed a great job and had my appliances looking brand new inside. Thank you Kern.
