The serviceman called in advance to provide an estimated time of arrival, which was pretty accurate. Once on site, he advised me of the problem and the time required to repair it. Following the repair, he tested the dryer to ensure it was working properly. He answered all other questions I had about the dryer and other service offerings. He was very professional and demonstrated great people skills. I am very pleased with Sears Appliance Repair and highly recommend the service.
