Excellent service. He was the second to visit my home as the first repairman (not Sears) broke more things on the dryer than he fixed. The Sears repairman was persistent and very good at troubleshooting the problem. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service by a very competent and nice repair person. I got notice the day before that the scheduled time window would be pushed back a couple of hours - started at the tail end of the original window. Although it was a bit inconvenient, I appreciate that I was given a heads up and could adjust my plans. When I called in the service order, I was offered a service agreement. My initial response to those offers are to run, but this one was a great deal. The real selling point was that if the charge would be less than the service agreement, I could cancel the agreement and get the difference back. And, the agreement saved us a lot of money.

Tech was very professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Will call Sears first for appliance repair.
