It took 8 months to get my induction cooktop diagnosed and repaired, but FINALLY the absolute nicest technician came to my home and repaired it. I am thrilled that my cooktop is functioning normally again. Thank you!

I have always had Sears come out to repair my appliances and have never had a bad experience. They have always explained the repair to me and made sure I was satisfied. The service men are always professional and courteous. I can always depend on Sears and their appliances.getting the extended warranty always pays off. Thank you
