Sears gives excellent appliance repair service

The technician was here within the time scheduled, was very professional, fruendly & courteous. When he arrived, he made sure that he covered his shoes with what is used in an operating room. He performed the annual maintenance on my dryer in a timely manner. When done, I signed the form and he left saying "have a great day ".

Arrived during scheduled time, called before arrived, very polite, and found problem quickly. Made repair, and cleaned dryer upon request. Very pleased with service, and would recommend Sears repair.
