He knew exactly what the dryer needed and he repaired it and cleaned out the duct for me. He explained about a discount and left everything clean and orderly. He was wonderful.

Ronald, the Sears Repair technician, arrived on time and quickly assess the problem with my fridge. When comparing cost of repairs (new motor for the fridge) with cost of a new fridge, I decided to go with the latter option. I was most appreciative of Ronald's professionalism, efficiency, and courteous manner while he was here. He is truly an asset to the Sears Repair team.

The technician was punctual and very knowledgeable about the repairs. Told me some things I can do in the future to keep my dryer running even longer. Highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair and for routine maintenance on the washer and dryer. Nothing beats a Kenmore brand. Had the washer and dryer for 20 + years,only been repaired 6 times combined.
