The technician for the AC n Heating did a very thirough job. He talked me through everything and explained thoroughly what he was doing as he checked each AC n Furnace. He is the type technician that others should definitely emulate. Very professional and customer service friendly. Tech ID 611913 Unit 9727 JErmar was his name.
