I am very pleased with the service I received along with the technician that came with the parts needed to make sure my washing machine would work properly. Having the extended warranty really paid off. Thank you Sears for the quality and professional service. Just about all of my appliances were purchased from Sears and I am happy that I choose Sears.

We were satisfied with the service, which was the replacing of a microwave light bulb. We were unable to remove the bulb, because there was glue on the receptacle, which doubtless came from the manufacturer. Therefore, I am dissatisfied with the $249.00 cost of the replacement. Even though we did not have a warranty contract, this was the fault of the manufacturer. Therefore, I feel we should get a credit for the $249.00. If not, it will convince us to stop using Kenmore services. Even though every appliance in our kitchen is Kenmore.
