This rating is strictly for the technician. My only complaint is he waited until 5pm on the day of service to advise the part was 30 miles away and we needed to reschedule for the next day. Other than that, he correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Sears on the other hand would receive a one star rating.

The workers were excellent. they knew their business. I didn't like the fact of having to wait another two weeks to have my new transmission installed after having waited two weeks for the first appointment.
