The technician called ahead to say he was on his way. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My range is working properly now!

My technician was friendly and my refrigerator is working perfectly. My parts came in a timely manner. Only thing that irritated me was my appointment times kept getting changed without me changing it. Spoke to a representative made an appointment for Mar 20th from 10 to 2pm. Then agent changed to Mar. 25th after we got off the phone. I called back and of course it wasnt available. Then i agreed to Mar. 22nd from 10am to 2pm. My technician showed up at 845am while I was still out. Thank goodness he was able to wait for me a few minutes while I rushed back to my home. Overall, i would say it was a great experience except for the scheduling part.

Dan, the tech, did a great job, couldn't ask for better. The schedulers, though, didn't bother to check if the repair parts had been received by me, and failed to schedule the time. Instead, I had to wait another week, since I was to be out-of-town the next week. I can only hope they treat other cases better than mine.
