The repair guy was more than nice, however I feel he did not complete the repair correctly. It was with the control panel buttons and what I now select for a normal wash was not what I previously selected for a normal wash. But, it works and I guess that's all that matters.

The service technician was very nice and did a great job. The price, however, was OUTRAGEOUS. They offered a 50% discount if you sign up for their year long warranty at $60 a month; in the long run, this would have cost us more money and added a monthly bill. It was almost $700 to fix our ice dispenser. They charged over $300 in labor and the technician was here for less than an hour. In the future, I will be calling a local repair service.

Repair tech was late for the original appointment. Had to order a part that took 10 days to receive and for the tech to return. While fixing it, he broke a piece and had to go to the shop for replacement. Finally, he left the used parts for us to dispose of.

It took sears a a little while to get to my actual house but the guys that did come out did an excellent job.

Technicians are not knowledgable enough to charge so much for a diagnostic fee. Tech was unable to even diagnose properly but still provided an expensive quote.
