Tech was kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, during the process he turned off the water dispenser from the inner workings and has promised to return to turn it back on he has yet to do that so I’m without purified water forcing me to buy some. I’m very disappointed .

Had to order parts again. It will take 8 days. it has now been over 3 weeks with no refrigerator. Can get the parts in 2 days but no one can come install for 8 days. Boooo

That it took two months to have the repairman arrive to actually fix the problem is totally inexcusable. I informed the dispatcher of the problem and the first repairman (who took one month to arrive) did not bring the part. The part was ordered and arrived within four days. The next dispatch was another month from the first. The dispatcher would not give me any priority nor would they give me a window except "between 8 and 5". The repairman was knowledgeable and efficient and fixed the problem (broken belt) on the riding lawnmower, but two months of grass growing in summer is hard to explain to ones neighbors.

Had Sears install the walking belt for our treadmill. It turned out to be more of a trial and error for them to install it, but they did get it installed. I probably would have done just as good a job myself, but was unsure if i would get it adjusted properly. Belt is on and seems to be adjusted. I had a 20% coupon, but forgot to give it to them. I called after they left, but Sears would not take it. I probably would save the money next time and do it myself.

Basically, he came in, plugged the fridge in, it ran, it cooled (while he was here of course) he left. No inspection, no checking the circuit board, no checking the Freon, etc. Just said, "it's cooling, there's nothing else I can do for you." That will be $114.00 please. Wow! But he was a really nice guy, that's why he go two stars instead of just one.

The repair piece was 5 stars. My problem was in getting the repair done. Wasted 2 whole days waiting for a scheduled repair. No show both times. I lost money and time both days. It was very frustrating and costly. The 20% discount didn't make up for the $100 I could have earned on those 2 days.

We have been waiting for Sears to fix our fridge for over three weeks. They said it was not staying cool or making ice because fan went out. We got the part in two days but they couldnt come for two weeks. They came and now we are waiting another week because its still not working. There scheduling department is a waist of a department.

Repairman diagnosed the wrong problem with our dryer. Therefore the wrong part was ordered (which took over 3 weeks to receive) and when another repairman came to install the part he said the part wouldn't fix the issue with the dryer. Another part had to be ordered. The 3rd repairman came and installed the part - and forgot to install the vent hose properly (we fixed that ourselves after we saw lint flying thru the air!). Our problem with our dryer is still having issues. If you choose Sears for repairs, keep in mind you will have a different repairman for every service call and each one has a different idea on how to repair your appliance. Will not be using Sears for repairs in the future.
