My Sears Kenmore Elite dryer began to stop working and was displaying a CE code. Sears sent a repairman out and after 5 visits and 3 separate orders for parts, the machine was repaired. I was not able to dry clothes for close to 2 months. It took entirely too long to repair my machine and each appointment that was set was set over a week apart, Customer Service reps appeared to be insensitive to my plight. They offered me a 3 month extension on my warranty. The machine is now working fine but it left such a bad taste in my mouth that I don't think I will ever purchase from Sears again.

Me and my wife walked in the store and stood for 15-20mins .. no one said anything to us, no kind of acknowledgement ,workers were walking around us like we wasn't there... just poor customer service...

Sears schedules a service within an 8-hr window so we were required to wait for 8 hours for a technician to assess the problem, then once the part was ordered, we scheduled another visit to install the washing machine top. We were originally scheduled between 8-12 and our technician arrived at 5:45 pm. The job took over an hour to complete, and once he left I found that he had broken the latch and the washer won't run without the latch fastening properly. So now we are without a washer and have to wait 5 days for another service visit, not to mention another 8-5 window of waiting around. Very unhappy with customer service and will not buy from Sears again!

Dishwasher is still not repaired. I've tried everything the last technician suggested, hotter water, changing settings and it is still unsatisfactory. Times for washing dishes bounces between 86 minutes to as much as 134 minutes. I'm very disappointed. I still need help.

Technician was late he did call to change the appointment time twice he finally arrived at 8p. I waited all day for this what proved to be incomplete service. He only serviced the washer and dryer. Sears scheduler knows that there are separate techs for different appliance but only schedule one tech for all appliances. At the end of the day the tech actually canx my other scheduled appointment without my knowledge that way it would not look like Sears screwed up but the customer canx. Playing with the numbers. I won't use Sears again this type of customer service if you want to call it that was below standards in every way then tried to cover it up by canx my appointment. That was a low blow but I guess that's where Sears service has gone down the drain pon intended...SMH

Had scheduled a service call for our rental property and the tech or the customer service did not bother contacting us for the incomplete job.
