I have been very dissatisfied with Sears service over the past several months due to having multiple attempts to repair my refrigerator. In talking to the warranty department we have to have either three or four (depends on which rep you talk to) attempts with parts replaced to qualify under the Lemon Law. There were a couple of times that parts were ordered by one tech only to be returned and not installed by the next different tech. With this in mind, the last tech (Mathew) has worked with us and explained in detail what he is doing and why. This is the only tech I trust but there is no way to assure that he is the one to return each time.

My refrigerator was looked at 16 days ago. I forgot to add an additional comment. After the tech completed his "inspection, he pushed it back into place, and the compressor immediately started to bang inside it case. He said he pushed it too close to the wall and it is fine. Guess what, it isn't fine and occasionally makes the noise again. Some fine, huh???

The Call Center needs lots of improvement. We were hung up on twice. Also we were told that the Techs do not work on Saturdays which we know is untrue. The Tech was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Repair was made with just one visit, which is not normally what happens. One problem is that the Dryer now makes a noise which was not there before the repair. Sounds like the pulley needs replacing again! We have been waiting on a Microwave repair for over a month. Tech has to keep ordering parts which takes forever to ship. Been with Sears over 30 years but hesitant to renew again.

This the 6 repair person coming no can fix, have extended warranty, not been able to replace refrigerator, have to stay on phone at least a hour to get answer.

New motherboard was installed on July 6th. Washing machine worked fine the first week. We were out of town from July 11-15. Used washer on July 16, on the 3rd load it stopped in the middle of the cycle. Poor replacement part.

The customer service is some of the worst I've ever had, as it is outsourced from another country. Long phone waits, then people only reading from a script. They schedule appts. for an 8 hour span: 8-5. The 1st appt. I told them my mother would be gone from 9-11AM & please schedule for 12-5 or make another day. She assured me there would be a note & the person would be there 12-5. I called the night before to ensure they were still coming within the allotted time. They showed up at 9AM when my mom was gone. The 2nd appt. was a few days later, which they cancelled by 11:00AM with no reason given. The 3rd appt. my mom would be gone for an hour in the afternoon, so I asked then to come between 8-12. Of course they didn't do that, so I drove an hour over there to make sure someone was home. The person who came was very courteous & did a great job, but if it wasn't for my mom's extended warranty that she purchased 4 years ago I would never deal with them again. Horrible customer service.

We have been waiting for 1 month to repair our dishwasher. When we call we have to wait at least 30 minutes up to an hour to talk to someone...even a supervisor.
