My experience with the repairman and the repair were great. Fixed my problem. My problem is with the way the service calls are handled. Original appointment was for Monday, June 2, 2025 from 8am to 5pm. Was notified at 6:45 pm that repairman would not be coming and had choices for alternate date. No technician available for Monday appt. I felt like I should have been notified earlier that no one was coming. Feel like communication could be better.

Bill, our technician was great but your app that shows when he would arrive was horrible. I pulled up the posting and it said he would be at our house at 6:45. Ouch, the earlier messages said he would be at our house at 4:45 or something like that. So, we rearranged our schedule to accommodate. He showed up at 2:35!!! No message things were different. Seriously, get your act together.
