This is about the third tech that has been out. I can only hope my dryer is fixed. The man was kind and said it's fixed. I haven't tried it yet so I only hope it's fixed. Sears on the other hand has been terrible, certainly not the same as years ago. I give the young man a 4 fir kindness and showing up

The repair was an easy one and the technician was wonderful. I only wish we would've received a set time for his arrival. To be given a window from 8-5 is completely unacceptable as things need to be done and to give 8 hours to wait around for someone to "show up" is not taking your customers time into consideration. Otherwise, this was a great visit from a great technician.

He did not hook the lights back up and left them on the top of the motor with it closed. I will never call sears again.

Ian was absolutely phenomenal. Knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer. Had it torn apart, put back together, and was out the door in 20 minutes. Definitely recommend this service tech.
