Second time they've no showed. Sears used to be a name that could be depended on, but sadly no longer the case.

This company is not worth the call. They were scheduled to come to my house (4/3) and did not show up for the 8-5 window they gave me . Said I wasn’t home, I clearly was and no one even came here. Then when went a request again to reschedule they gave me a date of (4/19) same 8-5 window . This is crazy and beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m shocked a sears affiliated company would conduct themselves this way or have technicians that are dishonest like that. Save yourself the frustration and move to another company.

After month of multiple rescheduling we were told the machine was misdiagnosed by new technician and third person from sears took the parts ordered by other technician without replacing since he cannot open the machine with multiple trips, was asked to connect with local service company to have it repaired as per technician arrived today. This is very bad to purchase machines with warranty for repairs- pls be aware of this.

Sears waited almost 3 weeks after service was scheduled before telling me that they were NOT qualified to work on my system, then cancelled the service appointment. That should have been done the first day.

Not even 1 star! The job was not completed. Technician did not contact us that he was on the way. Appointment time was supposed to be 3:45pm and we received an invoice at 12:09pm that the service was declined. NOT AT ALL. We were not notified that the time had changed or that the the was on the way. Since tech closed the ticket, have to call warranty company and put in another claim. I already waited 5 days with NO AC in the Georgia heat for the appointment. Now I have to start all over. UNACCEPTABLE! Horrible service!
