Bill was very professional and pleasant. He reviewed his repair and provided recommendations.I can highly recommend his service Dealing with AI on the other hand was awful. It was not accurate at all. Not being able to speak to a customer representative was aggravating and not helpful I was initially told my time slot was 10 12 and it kept changing . One text indicated my repairman was on his way He showed one hour and a half later. Oh it was 445 pm when Bill finally arrived. I waited all day when I could have run personal errands. You eed to have a better way to comm unicate with customers.
