KENMORE ELITE Repair
I can't even give Mr Keith a one star for his performance....We give him a big 6!!! He was on time as promised, patient and through in answering ALL our questions. We are big Sears purchasers of both appliances and Craftsmen tools. Although rarely do we need any repairs for anything we do own...this was a pleasant experience to say the least. If only all repair people we like Mr Keith...Sears should be proud as he does represent what Sears has and should always be about...the customer!
