Very professional techs. Diagnosis was an error on their part as freezer is at 36 degrees twenty four hours after repair. Need this taken care asap after spending $404.00.

⭐️ 1 Star — Worst Experience Ever! Total Rip-Off! I’m furious with this company. I paid $300 last week for a washer repair to the technician who came out for the diagnostic, even though I had already provided all of the information needed for them to order the correct part to repair my washer. Since he came without the necessary parts to repair it, he had to reschedule. Fast forward to today when the technician NEVER showed up. Not a call, not an email — nothing. They happily took my money and then completely disappeared. There is no live customer service — just a useless AI chatbot that repeats the same nonsense over and over. You can’t reach a real person, and there’s no option anywhere on their website to request a refund or get help. This company is an absolute joke and a scam. I’ve wasted time, money, and patience trying to get someone to take responsibility. I’m now disputing the charge with my bank because they clearly have no intention of making things right. Do NOT trust this company. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

Calvin is nice, polite, and respectful. The problem is, my icemaker and water dispenser still do not work and I've been trying for over a month to have this fixed.

Schedule an appointment for someone to come out to look at my refrigerator. They called me the morning of to ask about payment. I told them that my home insurance would pay for it. The guy told me they only work on appliances that have warranty on them or if someone is paying out of pocket. What kind of ridiculous actions is this. You will get paid regardless. I told the guy I need a quote and a detailed list of what needed to be fixed to send the information back to my insurance company. He refused to look at my refrigerator. What a waste.

He install water system unit & left without testing to see if water coming out of refrigerator. Any installation required to be tested before leaving the client.

The service man installed the parts fine. However, the machine still vibrates as it did before.
