My Technicians Chris and assistant Jason were both professional and courteous. Chris explained the potential errors with my wash-as a throughly diagnostic was conducted in order to make sure my wash machine was working during the time of their visit. Good Job!

My repair tech person today was quick and fast . He showed me how the pulley was the problem and how it was supposed to be. There is no more noise now

The man was doing his job his way not really hearing me about the deal around my freezer door doesn’t always close sealed and I have lost 2 freezer full of meats and everything it’s a big freezer and I need my money I had bought to fill it up 2 different times because I had to throw away all that money and he blow dry my seal thinking that would satisfy me and my bottom door rack fell off and busted but Sears doesn’t carry my freezer anymore and it’s not that old! He took pictures of the dents on the door that’s how I got it in Christmas Eve that year because the people that bought it sent it back because of the dents on a brand new freezer they had bought that year! I want a freezer that they can replace parts and shelves to it! Not a happy customer that Sears has signed a contract to repair department! Isabel Cowart
