Very good, no complaints

My Technicians Chris and assistant Jason were both professional and courteous. Chris explained the potential errors with my wash-as a throughly diagnostic was conducted in order to make sure my wash machine was working during the time of their visit. Good Job!

The man was doing his job his way not really hearing me about the deal around my freezer door doesn’t always close sealed and I have lost 2 freezer full of meats and everything it’s a big freezer and I need my money I had bought to fill it up 2 different times because I had to throw away all that money and he blow dry my seal thinking that would satisfy me and my bottom door rack fell off and busted but Sears doesn’t carry my freezer anymore and it’s not that old! He took pictures of the dents on the door that’s how I got it in Christmas Eve that year because the people that bought it sent it back because of the dents on a brand new freezer they had bought that year! I want a freezer that they can replace parts and shelves to it! Not a happy customer that Sears has signed a contract to repair department! Isabel Cowart

Very professional techs. Diagnosis was an error on their part as freezer is at 36 degrees twenty four hours after repair. Need this taken care asap after spending $404.00.

He install water system unit & left without testing to see if water coming out of refrigerator. Any installation required to be tested before leaving the client.
