Service man left and our refrigerator is still not working. Did not put new parts on. It been 2 months and still can not get our refrigerator working. It should not take two months to get someone out here You call and get a run around.

I rate zero. He never showed. Sears sent a repair person 4 times 3 couldn't fix my refrigerator and the 4 th was a no show never again. I will not renew with Choice home warranty either
