Excellent tech
Eric was very knowledgeable, pleasant people skills, was able to work and explain to me what was happening at the same time. He also has excellent troubleshooting skills.

Alex did an excellent job replacing the part that's needed for the oven. After replacing the part ,he discovered that there was a default with the electrical circuit. We are getting that taken care of .Than k you Alex for explaining everything.

Excellent service, Nigel arrived as promised, he assessed the problem and ordered the part needed and scheduled a second visit to install the part. The part arrived earlier than expected, so I call and rescheduled the appointment. Nigel arrived as promised and repaired my dryer. My only complaint is cost of the repair labor-- too expense.
