I could not have asked for a nicer, considerate technician that came out to repair my non working dryer! Josh was a very pleasant and professional, I'm very happy with him for fixing the problem and not having to wait on parts. If I could give him more stars I sure would! Thank you , Josh so very much ! Erek, and Mekhi (trainee) provided great service was, diagnosed the problem with our AC unit and with in 25-30 minutes it was repaired and cooling! 🧊🧊🧊

Anthony came and diagnosed the issue with my microwave and order the parts needed to fix it. Unfortunately, this is when the run around started with getting the parts and being told the parts could not be found and that my microwave would have to be replace. In the meantime three parts were delivered one about two weeks after it was ordered and the other two came together. In between that my appointment kept getting rescheduled and after making calls, I was told some other part could not be found and that they were starting the process to replace the microwave. After two weeks of no response I called back and it was escalated again to have the microwave replace even though I still had an appointment for 7/30/2025. The customer service person told me to ignore the appointment, but I took a chance and accepted the appointment hoping the three parts that was delivered would fix the problem. I was fortunate to have Anthony be the retuning technician and he did a great job fixing the problem and explaining what was wrong. He was very personable and clearly loves and is really good at what he does.
