I explained to the lady when u called in that my frig and freezer loses temp and then fixes itself. Just because the temp was normal today, he said there is nothing wrong. There IS SOMETHING wrong when your food is sweating and starting to defrost. I need someone from the office to call me.

The last Sears technician ordered 3 parts for installation. Another Sears Tech came today And only installed 2 parts and left the other one. My husband asked why and he gsve him an erroneous answer and left. The part that he did not install has holes in top a bottom and does not keep drawer item cool. Very upset after parts been sitting in my home for 3 weeks. Please send repairman out to complete the job that I paid for. Horton

The agent went to a whole different house , and had the urge to close the claim without coming to our house or even contacting us! We waited for this appointment for a week as a first tech from Sears came a week ago to disconnect everything claiming the pipes were frozen, My disappointment is huge given the reputation of this company

This is the worst company I have encountered in my adult years. Along with choice home warranty. I'm y AC unit stopped working in the middle of our heat wave about two months ago. The unit started blowing out hot air no cool air at all. Choice took several weeks to schedule an appointment with this bootleg AC company. This company reported nothing is mechanically wrong with a unit that is blowing out hot air and has no Freon. Second appointment they were supposed to come out they never showed up. They kept moving and extending the appointment time. Technician never showed up or called me. I called at least 5 times last call was at 6:38pm they were still moving the appointment time.

Horrible Service

He was not able to repair my hotwater heater. It's not his fault that he was sent on an appointment that he could not assist. I am still without hot water and learned today that the forms he sent in was not prepared correctly. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still without hot water. I will definitely not refer Sears Master Service Agreement to anyone I know.

Horrible nobody ever came to my home or reached out. I've been waiting for my service since 5/6/2024. And the vendor has my fan and motor so no one can fix it. So I have half of a AC unit. NO STARS SHOULD BE GIVEN BUT DUE TO THIS MESSED UP SYSTEM I HAVE TO GIVE ONE

We gave not had a working refrigerator in 3 months . The tech squad company you use is just as incompetent as you. Every time someone came out they ordered a new part saying the part ordered previously was not the correct part. The guy comes and put what he wanted to on and did not complete the repair and closed it out as complete. The tech squad company trying to cover for their person wanted to put it back on sears who also is incompetent scheduling appointments with your people and no one shows and you cancel the appointment at your discretion when YOU get paid monthly for the protection agreement and yearly for the home warranty that clearly is highway robbery when no service has been provided. Think twice before you order from SEARS and think even harder ABOUT TECH QUAD their third party company. Guys showed up and appear to have gone to the back of the van and went to sleep in front of our house and took a nap even before coming in to do the incomplete service.
