Incorrectly closed my ticket
He closed my ticket stating that everything was working fine. This is not factual. There still is no lighting in either my refrigerator side or my freezer. He had been replacing parts for months and couldn't fix it. He told he recommended a replacement but then closed my ticket as resolving the issue.

Extremely poor service
Your technician arrived this morning with out a courtesy call. I told technician that my son was on the way to open the door. Technician left the property. Called sears customer service, customer service representative said they will send technician back to the property. Technician called me the customer said he will be at my property in 25 minutes. Technician never showed up and closed my ticket. Please note that I had 2 service cancellations by sears prior to this one. I took two days off to get repair on my unit. The frustration is the technician said he was on the way and never showed up once again and closed the ticket. I called technician several times to get no answer. Technician never touched my unit. Would never recommend sears to anyone.

No show up.
I was waiting the whole day. Nobody show up and now I received msg to rate. That's too much. I was waiting till 8 PM.

Alex did NOT FIX MY ISSUE
I have had SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS WITH NOTHING BEING REPAIRED! I was sent parts to repair my refrigerator and the technician that came today, doesn't work on refrigerators! Go figure!!! Can someone call me ASAP (678)438-6494

Ice maker

Rep needs better training
Representative came two times and didn't fix the issue in a three week period. The first time he took 10-15m to diagnose issue. He left and said he couldn't get in touch with warranty company after waiting on the phone for five minutes. He mentioned that he can not be at a location longer than 20 minutes so he will submit the diagnosis, the warranty company will order what's needed and they would have to get another company to come and fix it. It was a week or two since I heard from Sears. I called the warranty company and clearly the ball was dropped there was nothing sent from Sears. They said they will send another sears rep out and they should have the items needed to repair the issue. Unfortunately a week later the appt came and it was the same exact sears rep who did nothing the first time and did nothing the second time. He was about to walk out the door again saying that it's been 20m and the warranty company didn't answer the phone. He came inside my house today with someone else on the phone, asked me to wait to ask him a question, asked to use my restroom and then was in and out of the house for 20-30m. Came back to me with the same details saying he has to leave because he waited on the phone with warranty company for 20m. As I was questioning him and getting frustrated, a rep from my warranty company answered. He went outside and came back in to advise someone will call me in 24 hours with results if the invoice was approved or I was able to get a replacement approved. Then he left. Terrible terrible customer service and throughput. He could've gotten this handled the first time he came. Now I'm here again with no fridge on my main floor. 5+ weeks later.
