Messy repair

Shaquon completed the task. I am very grateful for the new part. I wish he would have cleaned up after himself. He put the old part in the box that housed the new part and left it in my kitchen. He asked for 2 towels, used them, and left one in the kitchen sink and one on the floor. He left trash on the floor.

Sixth Visit - Still No Rinse or Spin!!!

The service rep worked approximately four hours. He was courteous and attentive to the task. He did not test the outcome of repair with wash in the tub. I have since, attempted a light load on a short cycle and do not recognize any change. I recorded the process with my phone. The problem is not resolved!

Not sure the purpose of the visit since the tech stated he was not going to be able to do anything before coming out, and there was no attempt to resolve the issue. The work order indicated it was leaking, but apparently it would be a risk to connect a leaking dishwasher.

Poor Customer Service

I was pleased with the quality of the tech's work. However, the customer service is of low quality. The technician did not show up on his scheduled date, no phone call and he showed up 2 days later. This is the type of service that is allowed by the company.

Not super happy. This is 3rd repairman sent & I can only hope it's actually properly fixed now. All repairmen were polite, just don't understand why it takes 3 of them to fix one issue.
