Devan, initial visit advised what was needed for repair. He then ordered the part advised of delivery date, however, there was a delay. The information regarding the delay was relayed to homeowner. There was communication throughout the repair process. On day of repair, an email was sent advising of repairman arrival. Devan, came in with all safety aspects, repair was done without delay. We are satisfied with entire process.

The tech was great but the ice machine is still not working properly. It made ice while he was here but stopped when he left. It also is not dispensing the ice. Please send the tech back to complete the issue

He always comes and performs whatever work it is that he's here for. No personality what so ever. You've got to ask him questions to actually know what's going on. He does, however, get the job done.

Due to several parts being order, requiring more manpower to do the job this resulted in a 3 wk repair of my washer. One of the staff members had a severe back issue and it was difficult for him to do heavy lifting this task could have been sent to someone whom didn't have the problem. I'm just happy the repair is finally complete but detailing what is needed on the ticket will result in insuring you have the right person to do the job, he completed it but I'm sure he's hurting today.

Nothing against Josh, he could not perform any work or service on my appliance as we could not find the model number on it, so this was just a visit to say someone came by and that's it. Hopefully it will be rescheduled and looked at but for now I will just have to wait and deal with the issue that we are having. Torrell

The service tech was limited in what questions he answer. He said he was allowed to answer questions and referred me to Sears. My overall experience with Sears was very bad. It took over 3 weeks to get repair made. The parts were delivered to the wrong house, and had to be reordered. You can't talk to a live person. The technician damaged the floor of my freeze. He set on the inside to screw a part back in and a sharp object in his pocket punched a hole in the plastic floor.

Shaquon completed the task. I am very grateful for the new part. I wish he would have cleaned up after himself. He put the old part in the box that housed the new part and left it in my kitchen. He asked for 2 towels, used them, and left one in the kitchen sink and one on the floor. He left trash on the floor.
