I am pleased with his work and he was very professional and courteous. But I am disappointed with the TXTS I RECEIVED from SEARS ABOUT MULTIPLE MESSAGES. THAT IS CONFUSING. THERE IS A TXT THAT SAYS I have appointments 7/31/23 even though the technician had came in. Nothing about the technician. Also. They cancelled my appointment multiple times.

Julian did an excellent job with installing the new part and ensuring that it was properly sealed. He's very knowledgeable of the particular brand and did a great job of explaining the causes of the issue.

Eli arrived promptly for my repair appointment. He diagnosed the issue and repaired the faulty ignition so the dryer could heat up and vacuumed the lint present. The work area was left clean when he was done. He quickly completed the work and my dryer was back in working condition when he left. His equipment could not clean out the dryer vent since it stretches across the garage but he suggested other businesses to clean the vent that I contacted. Great job!

Lawrence arrived promptly and thoroughly checked my garage door opener and said it was operating okay. I did not have operational issues only light bulb not working. The socket is too old to replace but everything else is good. He left the work area clean and was done in less than an hour.
