Kevin was awesome, But Sears customer service phone number is HORRIBLE.Some of the CSR transfer you to the wrong department and then your on hold again over 20 min to be hung up on.And the chat on line is horrible they don't assist you with ANYTHING you just constantly get these automatic message has nothing to do with your question.
