Cordaryl was very communicative and truly invested in figuring out the issue my AC was having. He was honest and straight forward, very pleasant, well mannered and easy to understand . He did his absolute best to educate me on what he thought might be the issue but acknowledged that this needed a deeper diagnostic with a more experienced technician. Unfortunately for Sears they send newly licensed technicians out for an ongoing problem. This is not fair to the tech or the customer giving Sears less and less credibility….and now I'm waiting to get a 5th technician who is hopefully NOT from Sears and can figure out why my AC shakes the photos off my walls. Technician acknowledged we need a more advanced technician to diagnose this ongoing problem. He is honest and gets 10 stars from me! Sears rating? Don't ask.

Rodney was professional and informative. Seems as if his work order was to clean and maintain... but upon arrival, he quickly discovered that it was more of a service call. He advised that he was not able to do anything more than to clean and maintain, and that I would have to call back and ask for a repair service.
