Good to know, but still have questions
Rodney was professional and informative. Seems as if his work order was to clean and maintain... but upon arrival, he quickly discovered that it was more of a service call. He advised that he was not able to do anything more than to clean and maintain, and that I would have to call back and ask for a repair service.

Miguel was great. He was able to diagnose the problem that the previous technician completely missed. There was ice growing out of the back of my refrigerator and no one knew!
