Great..Lady Tech!
She was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. It did take Sears two cancellations before we got our repair. But that was ok because it is not that hot yet. Thanks

James was the service tech from Sears who conducted repair services on my refrigerator door. I must admit, when I wanted him to quit and call it non-repairable, he continued his assessment and repair with I'm no going to quit type diligence to the matter. Needless to say, he made the repair in a timely manner, even better than it was working before. Let me say this, Sears Repair Services, promote this gentlemen. Case closed!
