Sears brings a different level of commitment and professionalism that's unmatched! Our washer needed first aid in the worst way, but our tech Josh quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered parts with tracking info attached. Once parts arrived, same tech Josh came back to complete the job! This is what I expect from Sears and they did not disappoint.

UNLiKE Sears and my home warranty company, Cordaryl listens and responds intelligently. He initially came out and said a senior specifically trained tech would need to do this job. Do you think HIS Company Sears or my Home Warranty company listened? Nope, sent him out again! He called and warned me and then said he would in fact be following up with both of the companies so I could finally get the A/C unit fixed by an expert that Home Warranty put in and can't seem to get it right! Thanks Cordarly for being an upstanding guy. Hopefully, this time it will work!
