GE Refrigerator Repair
Just wanted to advise that Demetrius was able to diagnose my issue prompt and advised what was needed. After returning within 1 hour with part was able to get me up and running promptly. So glad I called Sears. Was able to get an appointment within 1 day after waiting 3 week for another company who kept canceling. Just wished i had called them sooner.

The technician arrived on time. He displayed professionalism and courtesy. As I am legally deaf, he was sensitive to my disability, and ensured that I understood him. That meant a lot to me. He was familiar with the dryer issue and provided superb explanation. His inspection seemed to be thorough and did an excellent job cleaning the dryer.

Had some scheduling issues, mainly with the AI that sends you messages. Would not confirm anything when I would respond with "1" then somehow changed my appointment…oh well nothing to do with Ian he was awesome! Made sure everything was working like it should. Quick! This is a good program/warranty to have!

I was able to easily set up my appointment online and provide additional specific information regarding the problem. The technician called to confirm arrival time on the day of the scheduled service. He came, fixed the issue in less than an hour and was out! Pricing was as expected. Not too little, but not terribly bad considering parts and labor.
