Clevens, the technician, was polite and helpful, answering my questions and explaining what he was doing. He has been to my house several times over the years. His knowledge made me feel very comfortable. He had a trainee with him. His instructions and comments helped me as well as the trainee.

The technician was great, but your call center customer service was terrible. A part was needed for my repair, tech said would come direct in just a couple of days. Re-appointment made for 8 business days later to finish repair. I call the call center the Wed before our appt, they say the part has not shipped and they will expedite. Then I call the Friday before, I get the exact same answer, has not shipped, they will expedite. The part shows up the next day, I call to tell them it is here but before I can, I get an automated message telling me my part has not shipped yet....what a mess.
